PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce frequency variation in oscillation waveform, even if there is variation in a power supply voltage or temperature of a semiconductor integrated circuit. SOLUTION: A limiter Lm1 compares a voltage of an oscillation signal Vo1 of an output terminal T1 with a value obtained by adding a voltage drop Vth to a reference voltage Vconst. When the voltage of the oscillation signal Vo1 of the output terminal T1 exceeds the value obtained by adding the voltage drop Vth to the reference voltage Vconst, the limiter Lm1 limits an amplitude of the oscillation signal Vo1 of the output terminal T1 to the value obtained by adding the voltage drop Vth to the reference voltage Vconst.
