PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference prevention device of construction machinery, which can enhance working efficiency by enabling its working range to become wider than that of conventional construction machinery. SOLUTION: A position of an envelope circle 24 is computed from a detected angle of a joint portion of an articulated front and that of a working implement 13, and a radius of the envelope circle 24 of the working implement, in which a rotational supporting point 14 is included in a part of an arc portion. The approach of the working implement 13 to a driver's cab 5 is restricted when it is determined whether or not the position of the envelope circle 24 reaches an area 23 for preventing interference between the working implement 13 and the driver's cab 5.
