PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor supporting implement which has proper floor impact sound insulation performance and is restrained from being deteriorated, and a floor structure. SOLUTION: A mass body 40 is placed on a cushion base 26. The cushion base 26 and the mass body 40 can be separated from each other without being fixed. A coiled spring 30 has an inside diameter set larger than the outside diameter of the cushion base 26, has one end 30A bonded to a recess 42 of the mass body 40, and has the other end 30B bonded to the side of a receiving surface 20C of a receiving member 20 so as to be externally inserted to the cushion base 26.
