PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray unit capable of facilitating the change between use and non-use of a tray, and capable of saving labors in storing or retaining a lid by eliminating the lid itself connected to the tray. SOLUTION: The tray unit 60 includes: a cylindrical wall part 62 having a first opening 64 at one end and a second opening 65 at the other end; a flat lid member 80 movable between a first position to close the first opening and a second position to close the second opening; first locking means 71 and 84 for locking the flat lid member to the first opening; and second locking means 72 and 84 for locking the flat lid member to the second opening. As the flat lid member moves while rotating at the second position of the second opening from a first lid surface 81 facing inward within the cylindrical wall, a second lid surface 82, different than the first lid surface, is exposed outward of the cylindrical wall from the first position of the first opening.
