PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine especially surely and quickly positioning and fixing a second board to a board case in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The board case 31 includes a body case 50 supporting a first board 17 and a cover case 60 removably mounted to the body case 50. The second board 18 is supported on a board support portion 51 integrally formed at the body case 50. The first and second boards 17, 18 respectively fixed to first and second connectors 25, 26 are connected, and the second board 18 is supported to the first board 17 by the first and second connectors 25, 26. With the cover case 60 mounted to the body case 50, an engagement portion 61 integrally formed at the cover case 60 engages with the second board 18, and by co-operation of the engagement portion 61, the board support portion 51 and the first and second connectors 25, 26, the second board 18 is positioned and fixed to the board case 31.
