PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition having rigidity and strength largely improved while maintaining the toughness, and also having a reduced crystallization kinetic. SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition includes 100 pts.wt. of the following component (A), 0.001-0.5 pt.wt. of the following component (B) and 0.0001-0.2 pt.wt. of the following component (C): (A) a polyacetal copolymer obtained by continuously subjecting (a) trioxane, (b) a cyclic ether and/or a cyclic formal having at least one carbon-carbon bond, (c) a monofunctional glycidyl compound and/or epoxy compound and (d) a polyfunctional glycidyl compound and/or epoxy compound to continuous bulk polymerization in the presence of a cationic polymerization catalyst while regulating the maximum value of the concentration of (d) the introduced polyfunctional glycidyl compound and/or epoxy compound so as to be 0.03-0.7 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the trioxane, and the minimum value thereof so as to be 0-0.01 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the trioxane; (B) an antioxidant; and (C) an amine-substituted triazine compound.
