The LED lamp unit (1) is provided with at least one heat-dissipating and conducting piece (4), at least one LED light emitting element (5) and an LED power supply driving module. The lamp holder (2) comprises at least one power supply socket (7) and a heat-dissipating seat (8). The power supply socket (7) is provided on the heat-dissipating seat (8). The LED lamp unit (1) is installed on the power supply socket (7). The heat-dissipating seat (8) and the heat-dissipating and conducting piece (4) of the LED lamp unit (1) engage each other.
