The invention relates to welding equipment and can be used for the spot contact welding machines, particularly operating under the conditions of free movement in space. An apparatus for contact condenser welding includes a welding tool with a pair of electrodes mounted at the end of welding tool, which should supply pulses of the welding current to welding workpieces, supercondensers providing supply of high current and low voltage, and between the electrochemical electrodes and electrodes a current sensor and a transistor switch with a control unit are located which control time of current passage through the electrodes, stop discharge of the condensers and switch thereof for charging. The device allows to control discharge time and reduce the purposeless energy losses at spot condenser welding with use of electrochemical condensers. |
