A fixation device for osteosynthesis of the neck of femur contains the screwed conical spreader and the bushing containing the internal longitudinal grooves. The bushing is rigid and located within the peripheral fragment. The rod is installed between the bushing and the conical spreader. The intraosteal part of the rod is equipped with the paddles. The external ends of the paddles are interconnected. The internal ends are inserted into the grooves of the bushing allowing for moving apart interacting with the conical spreader.
