A method for complex monitoring of hydrobionts of water reservoirs of different types includes seasonal sampling. Prior to that first a size group and a type of a water reservoir, the presence of different biotypes, the type and number of sampling stations, date and methods of sampling are clarified. Taking of mandatory data from the chosen stations is carried out: obtaining coordinates with the aid of GPS, binding the station to mapping programs and a GPS-technology database, performing geobotanical description of the station, marking the special features of weather conditions. Taking of hydrological indices, taking up of hydrochemical samples and sampling of phytoplankton, zooplankton, fries and so on are carried out. |
