PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust deposited on the bottom surface of an accommodation space accommodating an infected patient from being sucked and kicked up when sucking contaminated air in the accommodation space and forming a negative pressure atmosphere. SOLUTION: An air cleaning fumigator 301 (air cleaning part) installed in the accommodation space 203 of a tent 201 sucks air in the accommodation space 203 from an air intake 304, cleans it and discharges it from an exhaust port 303. The cleaned air is discharged through a first duct 402 (inside/outside exhaust structure) to the outside of the tent 201, and the accommodation space 203 is turned to negative pressure and made possible to isolate and accommodate an infected patient. At the time, a part of the cleaned air is returned to the accommodation space 203 without being discharged to the outside of the tent 201 to suppress the negative pressure formation of the accommodation space 203.
