<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct paper curled in the parallel direction to the carrying direction, to substantially planar paper. <P>SOLUTION: A decurler 86 is made to act when a sensor part detects that the paper is curled in the parallel direction to the carrying direction D1. A decurler 81 is made to act when the sensor part detects that the paper is curled in the orthogonal direction to the carrying direction D1. The decurlers 86 and 87 are made to act when the sensor part detects that the paper is curled in the parallel direction to the carrying direction D1 and detects that the paper is curled in the orthogonal direction to the carrying direction D1. Thus, the paper curled in the parallel direction to the carrying direction D1 and the paper curled in the orthogonal direction to the carrying direction D1, are corrected to the substantially planar paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
