<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor for performing data save/restore of a video memory together with data save/restore of an electronic circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The data processor includes: an electronic circuit (a CPU 210) for dealing with register data; a control circuit (a CPU controller 221) for performing save/restore of the register data; a video memory (a video memory 330) for temporarily storing data necessary for image display; and an image control circuit (a graphic controller 232) for displaying an image by using the video memory. The video memory includes a volatile memory and a nonvolatile memory (a volatile memory 330a and a nonvolatile memory 330b) and the image control circuit performs mirroring processing between the volatile memory and the nonvolatile memory while performing normal image display processing as data save processing of the video memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
