<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power conversion device in which a transition condition from diode rectification to synchronous rectification and vice versa is set, and furthermore, the transition condition is made variable, depending on a power generation voltage to enable synchronous rectification at a low load time, thereby enlarging an operational region that allows efficient synchronous rectification, regarding a vehicle power conversion device that converts between a DC power and an AC power. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle power conversion device including a polyphase bridge circuit for synchronous rectification includes a load status detection means for detecting the load status of a power generator on the generation of polyphase AC power, and enables transition from diode rectification to synchronous rectification and vice versa corresponding to the output from the load status detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
