<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame fixing structure of a cabinet for storing electric and electronic equipment that prevents breakage of a screw fixing part of a vertical frame even when receiving vibration caused by an earthquake or the like so as to enhance the entire strength of the cabinet. <P>SOLUTION: The frame fixing structure of a cabinet for storing electric and electronic equipment is configured by connecting and fixing a vertical frame 1, a horizontal frame 2, and a depth frame 3 by a corner member. Each frame is composed of an extrusion-molded frame material. The frame material and the corner member 20 are fixed by a first screw 21 inserted from the corner member 20 to a direction of the frame end, and a second screw 23 inserted from the corner member 20 in a direction of the frame side face.
