<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing food and drink containing polyamine, which is convenient and free from problem of palatability. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing food and drink containing polyamine comprises adding a salt solution to a plant/animal-originated raw material or leaves and stems of tea trees belonging to Camellia. In the method for producing food and drink containing polyamine, the salt is selected from the group consisting of sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, and calcium chloride, and the plant/animal-originated raw material is selected from the group consisting of salmon milt, liver of pig, malt, soybean, fermented soybean, Oolong tea leaves, black tea leaves, go-piece size bean tea leaves, black soybean, persimmon leaves, and green tea leaves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
