<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber cable fixing tool which fixes an optical fiber cable easily and surely without giving any adverse effect on the optical characteristics of the optical fiber cable, without using a tool such as a screw, when the optical fiber cable is fixed in the limited space of a communication apparatus or fixed for orderly arranging the optical fiber cable on the outside of the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber cable fixing tool includes a groove into which the optical fiber cable is inserted from an upper part, formed on the upper part of a fixing base which is formed in a block shape. To both the opposing side faces of the groove, a plurality of spike blades whose tips in contact with the jacket of the optical fiber cable are formed in an acute angle, and which have angles in the pulling direction and the pushing direction of the optical fiber cable, and have spring characteristics, are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
