<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent spectrum interference between tuners without using any complicated configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A tuning apparatus includes a first tuner and a second tuner. To the first tuner, a broadcast wave is inputted, and the first tuner performs tuning by mixing with a center frequency of the channel to be selected a first oscillation frequency obtained by adding a first value to the center frequency.
