PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film suitable to a base material film which laminates a curable resin. SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented polyester film consists of a laminated structure of three layers which has an intermediate layer containing an ultraviolet absorber, and satisfies the following requirements (1)-(4): Requirement (1): the thickness is 30-500μm; Requirement (2): the outermost layer consists of a polyethylene terephthalate resin; Requirement (3) the surface degree of orientationΔP is 0.150-0.180; and Requirements (4); and the ratio of the front to the rear of the surface axis degree of orientation is 0.80-0.98.
