PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise reliability of interlocked monitoring to make other alarms alarm by radio communication from the alarm which has detected the abnormality. SOLUTION: When detecting an event including: detection of abnormality in a sensor part 34 by an event detection part; detection of alarm stop in an operation part 38; detection of failure in a battery power supply 40 or a sensor part 34; abnormal recovery which dissolves the detection of abnormality in the sensor part 34; and failure recovery which dissolves the detection of failure in a battery power supply 42 or the sensor part 34, an event processing section 60 makes an event signal which indicates detection of an event transmitted to the alarm of an interlock destination after performing event handling processing of an interlocked source, and meanwhile makes event handling processing of the interlocked destination performed, when receiving the event signal from the alarm of the interlock source.
