摘要 Provided is an orthogonality compensating device that compensates for orthogonality between a real signal and an imaginary signal of complex digital intermediate frequency signals, the orthogonality compensating device including: a detector that outputs a detection result indicating whether the complex digital intermediate frequency signals include an image frequency signal; a first processing unit that outputs a first signal obtained by adding a first scalar signal obtained by multiplying the imaginary signal by h1 and a second scalar signal obtained by multiplying the real signal by h2; a second processing unit that outputs a second signal obtained by multiplying the imaginary signal by h3; and a coefficient specifying unit that specifies h1 and h3 such that the first signal has the same amplitude as the second signal, specifies h2 such that the first signal is orthogonal to the second signal, and selects a sign of h2 depending on the detection result.
