A packaging case (1) provided with: a lower case (3) which has a tubular peripheral wall surface (31); and an upper case (2) which has a tubular peripheral surface (21) and is inserted in the inner side of the peripheral wall surface (31) of the lower case (3) or is made to cover the outer side of the peripheral wall surface (31). When the upper case (2) is held at the upper portion of the lower case (3), a containment section is formed within the upper case (2) and the lower case (3). The upper case (2) can be slid in the top-bottom direction of the lower case (3) with the peripheral wall surface (21) of the upper case (2) in contact with the peripheral wall surface (31) of the lower case (3). The packaging case is provided with a holding means for holding the upper case (2) at the upper part the lower case (3).
