<p>An annular base (11) which is a bead core is positioned along an inner peripheral edge of a first support board (21) while being supported by a cylindrical support member (20) which is a chuck, and thereafter, a continuous ribbon-shaped rubber material is laminated from an outer peripheral surface of the annular base (11) to an upper surface (21f) of the first support board (21), to thereby form an annular first rubber body (12a) which is bonded to the annular base (11), on the first support board (21). The annular base (11) and the first rubber body (12a) bonded thereto, as well as the cylindrical support member (20), are vertically reversed, and placed on a second support board (22). Then, a continuous ribbon-shaped rubber material is supplied from the outer peripheral surface of the reversed annular base (11) through the first rubber body (12a) to an upper surface of the second support board, to annularly laminate and form a second rubber body (12b) on the first rubber body (12a). Thereby, an annular member (10) which is a bead core assembly, is produced. By this method, an annular member capable of maintaining a bonding force between the annular base and the annular rubber body at a high level, and suppressing variation regarding mutual positional relationship between the annular base and the annular rubber body, can be produced.</p> |
