GAS LASER OSCILLATOR

Disclosed is a gas laser oscillator comprising an oscillator casing; a pair of optical bases, each of which supports an optical unit constituting an optical resonator, and which are parallely connected to one another on the sides of the oscillator casing by a plurality of support bars that extend in the direction of the light axis; and a pair of bellows and elastic members that connect the pair of optical bases and the oscillator casing. The oscillator casing comprises: a metallic frame-shaped main body which has a pair of side panels arranged in the direction of the light axis with a gap in between, and an upper panel (12) and a lower panel (13) which extend in the direction of the light axis and which respectively connect the upper ends and lower ends of the side panels; and a metal cover unit which covers each of the openings on the main body unit and which has an outer wall (31) that extends in the direction of the light axis and has an arc-shaped cross-section perpendicular to the light axis, and side walls which are connected to the outer wall (31) at the ends in the direction of the light axis. The arc-shaped outer wall (31) is formed so that when the cover unit is fixed to the main body unit by fixing members a heightwise directional force is generated towards the outside of the oscillator casing, at the part that connects the oscillator case of the cover unit to the main body unit.
