<p>The invention relates to a hood that can be converted into a cap and that has all the visual and technical characteristics that make it possible for the user to be spotted, seen, identified and located while being protected from impacts and heat and meteorological adversities. The invention relates to a hood with a visor and convertible into a cap with a visor, comprising, at the upper portion thereof, a material reflecting light rays (area A), a material having a high visibility color (area B), and a fastening system for a light or electronic locating object (A1) and, at the lower portion thereof, a reinforcing portion (B1) for assisting in floatability and forming a protection against impacts when folded into the cap position. The invention can be used in the field of clothing and more particularly for technical and/or protection and/or safety clothes for protecting against a potentially hostile environment such as a marine environment or the open air.</p> |
