PURPOSE: A sounding reference signal transmission method and a device thereof are provided to transmit an addictive sounding reference signal or an uplink common channel based on an analysis bit by installing an additional transmission module. CONSTITUTION: A terminal detects a DCI format 0 or a one PDCCH of a DCI format 1a(600). The terminal confirms DCI format 0 or the UL/DL flag bit of the DCI format 1a(605). The terminal confirms an analysis bit contained in the DCI format 0 or the DCI format 1a(610). The terminal transmits the additional sounding reference signal to a base station(615). The terminal transmits a PUSCH with an antenna as an uplink full back mode. The terminal receives PDSCH as a down link full back mode with a single antenna(625).
