CONSTITUTION: The infrared sensor(10) is installed at the lower part of the table of each seat. The infrared ray is sensed from the human body. The availability of seat is sensed. The indicator(20) is installed in the table top of seat. The unattended time in advance continues over the fixed time. The controller(21) of indicator outputs the control signal.
