PURPOSE: An air-conditioner method of diagnosis and portable terminal apparatus for implementing the same. Air-conditioner is diagnosed by using the portable terminal apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The diagnosis about air-conditioner is disclosed. The diagnosis start is transmitted with air-conditioner. The diagnosis result is a message received from air-conditioner. The diagnosis result about air-conditioner is indicated in screen(S340). The preparation plan according to the diagnosis result is indicated in screen(S350).
