MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CONTACT TIP FOR CO2 AND MIG WELDER

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a contact tip for a CO2 and MIG welder using cold forging and extruding process is provided to smoothly supply wires by improving the accuracy and straightness of a path formed on a center part. CONSTITUTION: The round bar of a copper alloy is cut as a single bar(10). The cut single bar is formed on a molding hole(24) formed on a foaming tool(21). A molding pin guide(25) and a molding pin(26) which is inserted to a pin hole(25a) are arranged on the lower part of the molding hole. A press pin(28) is arranged on the upper of the molding hole. A supporting part supports the molding pin after pressurizing the pressure pincushion pin using a pressurization member.
