PURPOSE: A system and a method for utilizing a mobile telecommunication network resource for service of IMS based terminal are provided to effectively use a terminal and the resource of a network, thereby effectively providing informative service in an IMS based terminal. CONSTITUTION: A receiver receives a register message from a IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) platform. An information inserting unit inserts service information to a respond message about the received register message. A transmission unit transmits a respond message which the service information is inserted to the terminal OMS platform. A network IMS platform(140) receives a register message from a terminal(110).
