PURPOSE: A method for preparing a catalyst for polyolefin copolymerization is provided to have no need of alkylaluminoxane and to maintain high activity by allowing the supported alkylaluminoxane to protect a metallocene compound from catalytic poison. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a catalyst for polyolefin copolymerization comprises the steps of: (i) dropping a hydrocarbon solvent 2~5 times of the micropore volume of a carrier, drying the hydrocarbon solvent in a nitrogen atmosphere at a room temperature so that the hydrocarbon solvent 0.5~1.5 times of the micropore volume in the carrier; (ii) dissolving the metallocene catalyst component in the alkylaluminoxane solution; (iii) adding the solution obtained from (ii) step to the carrier obtained from (i) step, and then supporting alkylaluminoxane and metallocene components by stirring the mixture; and (iv) washing and drying the supported catalyst obtained from (iii) step. |
