HYBRID COMPOSITE MATERIAL WITH ENHANCED CRASH PERFORMANCES

PURPOSE: A hybrid composite material with enhanced crash performances is provided to increase elongation and rigidity using hybrid reinforcing fibers and to improve material property. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid composite material(100') with enhanced crash performances comprises thermoplastic resin(110), a glass fiber mat(300), a double reinforcing fabric of woven type(400). The glass fiber mat is combined with the thermoplastic resin. The double reinforcing fabric is inserted between the thermoplastic resin and the glass fiber mat.
