PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for inputting a grade and a grade management sever are provided to block the provision of an evaluation target object to a grader by using a temporary number instead identification number of an evaluation target object. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(110) comprises plural number keys, and a storage unit(120) stores evaluation scores. The evaluation scores are inputted by pressing the number keys corresponding to sorted number. A screen display unit(130) outputs the sorted numbers and the evaluation scores inputted in correspondence to the sorted numbers. A communication unit(140) transfers the sorted numbers and the evaluation scores corresponding to the sorted numbers.
