PURPOSE: A counter case for a motor driven fishing reel is provided to easily emit heat since the cover of the case is thin. CONSTITUTION: A counter case for a motor driven fishing reel comprises: an accommodate space; a first opening; a second opening(24a); a case member(19) which is fixable to a reel body; a driving element(31) which is received in the accommodation space and drives a motor; a display unit(30) contacting the second opening; and a cover member(21) having at least curved portion(21b) while being arranged near to a metal member.
