PURPOSE: A polish rice by pounding machine is provided to completely prevent harmful vermin from the pounding machine. CONSTITUTION: A polish rice by pounding machine comprises a case(2), a drive motor(3), a transfer unit(4), and a peel unit(5). The case comprises the hopper(8) the rice plant or the brown rice is supplied to the top while having the predetermined accommodation space upon inside. The drive motor occurs the power to the power which is installed inside the case and is provided. The transfer unit comprises the rice plant which is located in the inside hopper bottom of the case and in which the coupling pulley is connected to the driving pulley and belt(9) of the drive motor and polished by pounding or the housing(20), and driving shaft(21) and transfer screw(22) the brown rice is transferred one side. The peel unit comprises the fixture(11), and peel net(12), and the polishing pivot(13) and opaque cover the skin of the rice plant which is combined on the same shaft as the transfer unit and is transferred to or the brown rice chafes to the prescribed thickness. |
