PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration body lift unit which enables the yielding of characteristic performance effect in the progress of a game by carrying out the operation of quickly lifting a decoration body as a heavy object along the front of the game board without lowering the durability of the lifting mechanism and moreover enables the efficient laying out of a lifting mechanism even when an obstacle such as a variable display device exists on the rear side of the decoration body. SOLUTION: The lift units 35 are arrayed one each on both sides of the decoration body to freely lift or lower the decoration body along the front of the game board and each provided with a drive motor 37, a drive gear 38 rotatively driven with the drive motor 37, a driven gear 39, a link member 40 which has one end part rotatably pivoted with a spindle provided at an eccentric position of the surface of the driven gear and an arm 41 which keeps one end part rotatably pivoted by the decoration body while the other end part is so pivoted by a base member as to be freely oscillated vertically.
