<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a plurality of signal information is provided to a driver when a vehicle is traveling in a complicate intersection, the driver hesitates in determining approach to the intersection. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a vehicle travels to a complicate intersection such as a five-way intersection or a six-way intersection, the identification information of a signal and the lighting display information of a signal are received from a road side transmitting means 20. In response to a guidance route set by the route search of a guidance route setting means 3, a signal pertinent to a direction where the vehicle passes the intersection is selected based on the received lighting display information, and a plurality of signal information corresponding to the direction is provided to a driver.
