The method for surface etching of nickel-based integral bladed rotor for flight gas turbine, comprises carrying out electrolytic etching with main cathode arranged in an electrolyte, and the rotor connecting as anode, producing uniform current flow over the electrolyte to main cathode and auxiliary cathode (10) through the arrangement of additional auxiliary cathodes adaptable on the respective rotor geometry directly in the blade regions of all parts of the rotor removable from the electric contact position on the rotor blade (9), and obtaining an intensive and uniform corrosive property. An independent claim is included for a device for surface etching of nickel-based integral bladed rotor for flight gas turbine.
