PURPOSE: A sponge titanium manufacturing device for improving the safety of a sponge titanium and a sponge titanium manufacturing method using the same are provided to the leakage of titanium chloridation in the process of supplying titanium chloridation to a reactive part. CONSTITUTION: A sponge titanium manufacturing device comprises a storage part, a reactive part and a transfer pipe. The storage part stores liquid titanium chloridation. The reactive part stores liquid magnesium. The transfer pipe is composed of an inner pipe(210) and an outer pipe(220), transferring titanium chloridation. Both ends of the transfer pipe are connected to the storage part and the reactive part, respectively.
