PURPOSE: A device of ink-refill for a mark-pen of a white board is provided to improve the environment by refilling a mark-pen. CONSTITUTION: A utilization method of the white board marker ink refill device(1) is as followings: a step that the ink is recharged by dividing in order to continuously use the marker for the white board after using the apparatus for the ink charge; a step that the ink charge case is pressed by a finger; a step for manufacturing the ink charge case easily separated and checking the recharging time by making the outer case in transparent material.
