PURPOSE: A nano alloy powder producing apparatus and a nano alloy powder production method is provided to facilitate the production of nano alloy powder using an electrical wire explosion method. CONSTITUTION: A nano alloy powder production method comprises the following steps: preparing metal wire rods(110) with different diameters by the final alloy composition ratio of alloy power; transferring the metal wire rods to a fixed length; and gasifying the metal wire rods using an electrical wire explosion method, and condensing. A nano alloy powder producing apparatus includes winding rolls(111) to roll the metal wire rods, and feeding unit(150) supplying the metal wire rods to a main chamber(130).
