PURPOSE: A differential amplifier and a circuit for receiving data of a semiconductor memory apparatus using the same are provided to increase the reliability of data by reducing the jitter component of internal data. CONSTITUTION: A differential amplifier(110) receives a driving voltage. The differential amplifier generates an output signal according to the voltage difference between an input signal and a reference voltage. Voltage controller(120,130) control the level of a driving voltage and the reference voltage and the difference between them constant. |
