PURPOSE: A necklace for ID-card and cellular phone is provided, which can use a cellular phone and an ID card together by installing a cellular phone holder and ID card holder in one leader. CONSTITUTION: A necklace for ID-card and cellular phone comprises: a leader member(120) consisting of leader; and a fixing member fixing a cellular phone and a card. The fixing member includes: a leader fixing unit(300) in which the leader member is inserted and is combined; a card holder(400) formed in the lower part of leader fixing unit; and a cellular phone connector(500) formed in the lower part of the card holder.
