The closing element (2) has an end cap (4) for closing a tubular body (3), and a clamping element clamped with an inner wall of the tubular body to fix the end cap to the tubular body. An actuating element (6) i.e. screw, is provided to clamp the clamping element with the tubular body, and is actuated from a side of the end cap lying opposite to the clamping element. The clamping element is formed by a clamping disk (5) with a wing-like clamping part that clamps with the tubular body. An O-ring (9) of the actuating element is located at the end cap. An independent claim is also included for a protective tube light comprising a transparent tubular housing. |
