PURPOSE: An aramid pulp and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the bonding ability with a binder resin in the mold of a friction material by including an adhesive layer to the aramid pulp. CONSTITUTION: Paper(3) is produced from a fibrillated aramid monofil(2), and the moisture remaining on the paper is firstly removed through a press unit(140). The moisture is secondly removed through a drying unit(150), and the dried paper is dipped on a composite processor(160) including latex. The proper pressure is applied to the composite by a squeezing roll so that a bonding composite may enables the proper attachment at a proper pick-up rate. The bonding composite is hardened through a heat processor(170). |
