MELTING OF SNOW SYSTEM FOR BRIDGE

PURPOSE: A snow melting system for a bridge is provided to supply enough heat-source water even in a dry season by employing heat exchangers which are laid at different depths in the ground. CONSTITUTION: A snow melting system for a bridge comprises first and second heat exchangers(111,112), a sensing unit(120), and heat exchange pipes(130). The first and second heat exchangers are installed in the ground of river or riverside(220) and absorb the heat energy existing in heat-source water flowing into the ground. The sensing unit comprises a water level sensor(121) and a thermal medium temperature sensor(122) which open and close first to third three-way valves(114,115,116) of a heat-source water transfer pipe(151) so that the heat-source water heat-exchanged through the first and second heat exchangers is selectively supplied to a heater pump(140). The heat exchange pipes include a main pipe(131) and a plurality of snow melting pipes(132) which are in the shape of capillary tube smaller than the main pipe.
