This invention relates to boxes, wheel kits and wheelbarrows used for the carriage of fishing tackle used by anglers. A wheel barrow in accordance with this invention comprises of two handles 3, a sliding plate 6 with wheel assembly 11 and counter balance post 12 and a modified seat box footplate 4. Balancing the main load over the axle of a wheel barrow reduces the effort needed to lift the handles of the wheel barrow. The problem for the fisherman is the size and weight of the load always varies and it is not always possible to balance the load. This wheel barrow system uses two devices to balance the load. The first is a wheel axle that can be slid back and forth under the load to change the centre of balance. The second is a height adjustable counterbalance frame designed to hold the Fisher mans ground bait bucket and bait. The wheel axle and counterbalance system are both attached to a frame that slides on rails that are welded to the base of the Fishing Seat Box footplate.
