PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the dislocation of a frame body provided on the outer peripheral part of the upper face of an insulation board and connect a bonding wire at the prescribed position of a wiring conductor by easily confirming the direction and amount of the dislocation of the wiring conductor and the inner peripheral edge of the frame body. SOLUTION: A notch part 9 notched from the upper face of the frame body 5 to the halfway of the insulation board 1 is formed on the corner part of the frame body 5, and since a part of an inner layer conductor layer 6 is exposed on the bottom face of the notch part 9, the dislocation of the notch part 9 of the outer peripheral edge of the frame body 5 and a part of the inner layer conductor layer 6 exposed on the bottom face is visually confirmed, so that the wiring conductor 4 and the inner peripheral edge of the frame body 5 can be highly accurately aligned on the basis of the direction and amount of the dislocation obtained from them. |
