The method involves associating functional link instances with paths designed to implement the instances using a set of constraints. Software module instances are associated with an equipment intended to host the instances using another set of constraints, where the constraints are formulated as linear inequalities of decision variables. Cost functions formulated as linear combinations of the decision variables are minimized in order to obtain an optimum solution for implementation of an avionics platform of an aircraft. |
