PURPOSE: A self-drilling machine for installation of a casing or pile is provided to implement the installation of a casing or a pile under a bridge or building. CONSTITUTION: A self-drilling machine for installation of a casing or pile comprises a drilling machine body, a supporter(3), a platform board(5), a main cylinder(7), a motor(8), a driving gear, a driven ring gear, a wedge, a ring wedge, a wedge lifting plate, and a cylinder for a wedge. The supporter is pivotally installed in the drilling machine body and attached with guides(4) on the front side. The platform board is coupled with a guide block(6) which ascends and descends along the guides. The main cylinder is installed between the upper end of the supporter and the platform board. The motor is installed on the top of the platform board. The driving gear is installed on the bottom of the platform board and driven with the motor. The driven ring gear is engaged with the driving gear. The wedge is connected via a connection link to the bottom of a wedge fixing element. The ring wedge compresses the wedge towards a casing or a pile. The wedge lifting plate is installed via a bearing in the circumference of the ring wedge. The cylinder for a wedge is installed between the platform board and the wedge lifting plate to move up and down the wedge lifting plate. |
